How can I request a refund?

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the return conditions of the products you have purchased from our website are as follows.

In order to serve you faster, please do not send cargo without creating a return request.

  • Returns cannot be made for overseas orders.
  • No shipping fee is requested from you in the return process.
  • Products with tailoring process cannot be returned as they are within the scope of special production.
  • Returns cannot be made in our stores for the products you have purchased from our website.
  • If the 14-day return period of the product you purchased has not expired, you can create a request.
  • In order for the product to be returned, its reusability must be intact and comply with hygiene conditions.
  • Products that are not suitable for return during inspection will be sent back to you.
  • The 14-day return period is valid for 14 days after the delivery date of the product.
  • The payment for your return will be refunded to the credit card you paid within 1 to 3 business days on average.

How can I request an exchange?

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the exchange conditions of the products you have purchased from our website are as follows.

In order to serve you faster, please do not send cargo without creating an exchange request.

  • Exchange cannot be made for overseas orders.
  • No shipping fee is requested from you in the exchange process.
  • Since the products with tailoring process are included in the scope of special production, exchange cannot be made.
  • For the products you have purchased from our website, exchanges cannot be made in our stores.
  • You can request a color and size change as long as the 14-day exchange period of the product you purchased has not expired.
  • In order for the product to be exchanged, its reusability must be intact and comply with hygiene conditions.
  • Products that are not suitable for exchange during the control will be sent back to you.
  • The 14-day exchange period is valid for 14 days after the delivery date of the product.
  • If the exchange process cannot be met, your refund will be refunded to the credit card you paid within an average of 1 to 3 business days.
  • The color and size you want to exchange may be sold out due to instant stock updates, please check before creating a request.
