In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the return conditions of the products you have purchased from our website are as follows.
In order for us to provide you with faster service, please do not send cargo without creating a return request.
- In order for the product to be returned, it must meet resalability and hygiene conditions .
- Returns and exchanges cannot be made on products whose protective tape has been removed.
- Refunds cannot be made for orders placed abroad.
- The 14-day return period is valid for 14 days after the product delivery date. You can submit a return request if the product you purchased has not yet expired within the 14-day return period.
- The quality control process for return requests takes an average of 5 business days to complete.
- You will not be charged any shipping fee for the return process.
- Since tailored products are considered special production, returns cannot be made.
- Returns cannot be made in our stores for products you have purchased from our website.
- Products that are not suitable for return during inspection will be sent back to you.
- The payment for your return will be refunded to the credit card you used for payment within approximately 5 business days.
- During busy periods, processes may take longer.
