- Returns cannot be made in our stores for the products you have purchased from our website.
- If the 14-day return period of the product you purchased has not expired, you can create a request.
- In order for the product to be returned, its reusability must be intact and comply with hygiene conditions. Products that are not suitable for return during inspection will be sent back to you.
- The 14-day return period is valid for 14 days after the delivery date of the product.
- The payment for your return will be refunded to the credit card you paid within 1 to 3 business days on average.
