Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the return conditions of the products you have purchased from our website are as follows.

As of 03.07.2024, 70% discount products cannot be returned.

In order to serve you faster, please do not send cargo without creating a return request.

• In order for the product to be returned, it must be suitable for resalability and hygiene conditions .
• Returns cannot be made for overseas orders.
• The 14-day return period is valid for 14 days after the delivery date of the product. If the 14-day return period of the product you purchased has not expired, you can create a request.
• The quality control process of return requests takes an average of 5 business days to complete.
• No shipping fee is requested from you in thereturn process.
• Products with tailoring process cannot be returned as they are considered as special production.
• Returns cannot be made in our stores for the products you have purchased from our website.
• Products that are not suitable for return during inspection will be sent back to you.
• The payment for your return will be refunded to the credit card you paid within an average of 5 business days.
• Processes may be prolonged during the peak period.
