Return and Exchange Policy

1. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY While our company prioritizes customer satisfaction, we reserve the right to cancel certain orders in line with stock management and fair sales principles. Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:

• Commercial and Bulk Purchases: Our website is intended for retail sales to individual consumers. If there is a suspicion of commercial purchase (e.g., multiple units of the same product, multiple orders placed using the same IP or payment method), the order may be canceled.

• Stock Shortage or Technical Errors: In cases where out-of-stock products are available for order due to system errors, the order will be canceled, the customer will be notified, and a refund will be processed.

• Suspicious and Malicious Transactions: We reserve the right to cancel orders if malicious attempts by competitor companies or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities are detected.

• Cancellation Process: For canceled orders, the payment will be refunded within a maximum of 7 business days, depending on the payment method used.

2. GENERAL TERMS

• By placing an order through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance selling agreement provided to you.

• Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and other applicable laws.

• Evening Dresses: Since these products are inherently suitable for single-night use, the security tag on the product must not be removed for returns or exchanges. The product must not have been used, perfumed, or stained in any way. Returns of products that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted due to hygiene and usage principles.

• Shipping costs for purchased products will be paid by the buyers.

• Returns and exchanges are not possible for orders placed from outside Turkey.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGE

• Exchange Period: The Buyer has the right to exchange the purchased product within 14 days from its delivery.

• Refund Process: The Seller is obliged to refund the total amount to the Buyer within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return/cancellation notification.

• Inspection Obligation: The Buyer must inspect the product before receiving it; damaged products with dents, breaks, or torn packaging should not be accepted from the cargo company. Products received are considered to be undamaged and sound.

4. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, evening dresses (if the security tag is removed or used), swimsuits, and bikinis cannot be returned as per legal regulations. For these products, exchange is only possible if the product is defective or damaged.

5. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY You can use online single payment or installment options with your credit cards through our website. In case of cancellation or return, the amount will be refunded to your bank; it may take 2-3 weeks for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on bank processes.
