CLARIFICATION TEXT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Cengiz Aktürk Giyim ve Konf. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Cengiz Aktürk") collects through the website www.cengizakturk.com, how your collected data is used and with whom Cengiz Aktürk may share your data,
- What your rights are over the data processed by Cengiz Aktürk and how you can use these rights,
- We would like to inform you about how you can change your positive or negative preferences for receiving electronic commercial messages.
A- Can we process your personal data as Cengiz Aktürk? We process some of your data in order to fulfill the services we provide to you within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").
Within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we process some of your data in order to fulfill the services we provide to you.
Since we determine the purposes and means of processing personal data and are responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system, we have certain responsibilities and obligations as "data controller" within the scope of KVKK.
Since we are the data controller, we may process your personal data in accordance with the law and in a manner that respects your personal rights in the event that you have your explicit consent or there are exceptions specified in Article 5/2 of the KVKK.
B- Which Personal Data Do We Process?
We process your personal data in accordance with KVKK, other legislation and international regulations and in order to serve you better;
To carry out and complete your order processes and to ensure communication with you; to inform you about products, services, campaigns and promotions; to make statistical analyzes related to your shopping preferences,
Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed through These Publications, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and secondary legislation of the relevant laws, including the secondary legislation of the relevant laws, in order to fulfill our legal obligations arising from the relevant legislation, your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, gender, date of birth, T.C. your identity number, tax identification number, invoice and delivery addresses; if you match your membership with social media accounts, we process some of your data to directly or indirectly identify the Member.
Apart from these data, we collect and process your personal data such as frequency and times of visits to the Website, times of order placement and IP address at the time of order, your shopping history and payment method in order to analyze and understand visitor movements and preferences.
We may share your personal data with third parties with whom we cooperate in order to provide our services (companies providing cargo, shipping, etc. services) and with government authorities as required by our legal obligations.
Cengiz Aktürk may share your personal data related to your visit to the Site or membership, such as your browsing information, with public institutions and organizations that are legally authorized to request such information for your security and the performance of Cengiz Aktürk's obligations under the law. However, we will not use your personal data for any commercial purpose or share it with third parties except for the activities listed above and as required by the relevant legislation.
If you are a customer who wants any of our products you have purchased to be sent to your address abroad;
For this reason, since the relevant services of the companies (cargo, logistics, etc.) we receive services from are located abroad, your location, customer transaction, transaction security and marketing information are transferred abroad within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law.
However; your data is protected by Cengiz Aktürk in any case and we ensure that all companies with which your data is shared act with the same care and confidentiality. Except for these cases, your information is not transferred abroad in any way, and is not used or sold for commercial purposes for any reason other than activity.
C- What are Your Rights and Obligations Regarding Your Personal Data.
Your Rights as a Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of KVKK;

Request information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, you have the right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request that the transaction made within this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems, to demand compensation for your damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
D- For How Long Is Your Personal Data Stored?
Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce; records regarding the withdrawal of approval will be kept for 1 year from this date; the content of the commercial electronic message and any other records regarding the shipment will be kept for 3 years to be submitted to the relevant ministry when necessary. After the expiration of the period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by our company or upon your request.
E- As Cengiz Aktürk, what are our obligations to protect your personal data?
Since we do not process your personal data as a data controller, we have certain obligations within the scope of KVKK and other legislation. To specify the relevant obligations under headings;

F- Commercial Electronic Message Authorization
In order to make various announcements regarding the products and services provided by Cengiz Aktürk, you will be contacted via electronic communication addresses (SMS, e-mail) that we have obtained through www.cengizakturk.com. In this context, if you request commercial electronic messages to be sent to you;
You must give your consent to the said transaction at the time of your application to become a member of our website, and if you do not give your consent while becoming a member, you must change your preference at any time you wish by contacting the customer number on our website.
