1. CHEST

When taking the chest measurement, pass the tape measure under your arms and position it horizontally around the fullest part of your chest. Maintain your natural posture, breathe in and out normally, and take the measurement at the midpoint of your breath.


2. WAIST

The waist measurement is usually taken slightly above your belly button. Locate your natural waistline and wrap the tape measure horizontally around this area. The tape should fit comfortably — neither too tight nor too loose.


3. HIP

For the hip measurement, place the tape measure horizontally around the fullest part of your hips. The tape should gently hug your body without being tight or leaving gaps. Keep your feet together and stand upright while taking the measurement.
