To take your bust measurement, measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure as flat and tight as possible without compressing your breasts.

To measure your waist, wrap the tape measure around the smallest part of your waist, usually at your natural waistline, which is a few centimeters above your belly button.

To measure your hips, measure around the widest part of your hips, approximately 20 cm below your waist. Hold the tape measure comfortably at this point.
