Which store can I buy the product from?

The stocks in the store and on our website are constantly updated.
By using the STORE STOCK INQUIRY button just below the add to cart button, you can access the address and phone information of the store where the color and size you want is located.

How can I shop at the store?

You can buy the products you like in our stores by trying them on and you can request tailoring service and tailoring service.
Returns and exchanges are not possible in our stores.

How can I get directions to your stores?

Our stores are located in Istanbul and Bursa.

How can I place an order?

  1. Check the size chart on the product page, then select the color and size of your choice and click the Add to Cart button.
  2. After making sure that the product in your cart is the correct model, color and size, click the Complete Order button.
  3. At the checkout step, enter your e-mail, phone and delivery address information completely. Writing your complete address will prevent delays in delivery.
  4. Click theMake Payment button and enter your credit card details on the Iyzico payment screen.
  5. After the payment is completed, you will receive an e-mail and SMS that your order has been confirmed.

You will be informed about all order processes via SMS, WhatsApp and e-mail.

When will my order be shipped?

After the quality control processes are completed, your order is delivered to MNG Cargo within 48 hours with Free Shipping.
Mng cargo with an average of 2-3 business days with delivery is provided to many addresses within Turkey.
Please check the package when you receive your cargo; If there is damage, please record it with photos and videos.

How to make a return?

Return conditions according to the product conditions are detailed on the product page.
Returns are not made for overseas orders.
Returns are not available for website orders in our stores.

Is there delivery by courier?

Orders placed until 16:00 in Istanbul are delivered to the courier after control.
A fixed 375 TL courier fee is applied for Istanbul.
You can follow your order live via SMS from the courier company.

Do you have shipping abroad?

We provide shipping all over the world with DHL cargo.
There is no return and exchange for overseas orders.
Your order is checked and delivered to cargo within 48 hours.
All extra fees related to customs and delivery in overseas orders belong to our customer.
The fixed shipping fee is 3500 TL / 102 USD / 95 EURO / 374 AED for 1-2 products. We cannot ship to Iran, Israel, Cuba, North Korea, Syria and Russia. For detailed information, you can visit our Delivery Conditions page.

How can I pay?

Only credit card payments are accepted.
Iyzico infrastructure is used for secure payment.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro cards are supported. If you have problems with the payment step, you can call +90 216 599 01 00 or send an e-mail to destek@iyzico.com.

How can I pay in installments?

There is a possibility of 3 installments for website purchases.
Many cards such as Maximum, Axess, Paraf, Bonus Card, World, Bank Kart Combo, Card Finans, Advantage and Iyzico are supported.

I made a return, how will the money be refunded?

If the product complies with the return conditions, quality control is carried out within 5 business days from the receipt of the returned product.
For returns deemed appropriate, a refund is made to the credit card from which the payment was made. Depending on the bank, it is possible for the fee to pass to your account within 1-7 business days.

How can I place a wholesale order?

For wholesale shopping processes, you can access prices by creating a membership at wholesale.cengizakturk.com.
The minimum order amount is 5000 USD.

Why was my order canceled?

Your order has been canceled by informing the e-mail address, phone and WhatsApp number. Products go through a detailed quality control process before being shipped. In cases that do not comply with the company quality control rules, some or all of your order will be canceled.
