How can I order?
  1. Product Selection:
    Check the size chart on the product page. After selecting the color and size you want, click the "Add to Cart" button.
  2. Cart Control:
    Go to your cart and check the model, color and size information of the product you have selected. After making sure that the information is correct, click the "Complete Order" button.
  3. Delivery Information:
    On the page that opens, fill in your e-mail address, phone number and delivery address completely. Writing your address correctly and completely will prevent any delays that may occur during delivery.
  4. Payment:
    Click on the "Make Payment" button and enter your credit card information securely on the Iyzico payment screen that opens.
  5. Order Confirmation:
    When your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an e-mail and SMS notification stating that your order has been confirmed.
What are the payment options available on the website?

Only credit card payments are accepted.
Iyzico infrastructure is used for secure payment.
There is a possibility of 3 installments for the cash price when you shop on our website.

Can I pay in installments?

You can pay the cash price in 3 installments with your credit card without any interest.

When will my order be delivered to cargo?

After the quality control processes are completed, your order will be delivered to MNG Cargo within 48 hours with Free Shipping throughout Turkey . MNG Cargo delivers orders within 1-3 business days on average.

Same day courier delivery within Istanbul

We offer same-day delivery service to addresses in Istanbul via a special courier.
To benefit from this service, you can place your orders every day until 18:00.
You can track the status of your courier delivery via both SMS and e-mail.
The fee for our same-day courier delivery service is 375 TL.

What are the conditions for ordering abroad?
  • Returns and exchanges cannot be made for orders placed abroad.
  • Orders are delivered to cargo within 2 business days after the quality control processes are completed.
  • For international orders, all extra fees related to customs and delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • The flat shipping fee for 1 or 2 items is 3500 TL / 102 USD / 95 EURO / 374 AED.

We ship to all delivery countries with DHL Cargo.

Shipments cannot be made to Iran, Israel, Cuba, North Korea, Syria and Russia.

How is the exchange process carried out?

Returns and exchanges cannot be made for orders placed abroad.

The products to be exchanged must comply with resalability and hygiene conditions .

Exchanges are limited to color and size changes only; exchanges with a different product are not possible.

You can create a change request within 14 days. You can visit the Change Request page for request creation and detailed information.

Online purchase exchanges cannot be made in store.

Under what conditions can returns and exchanges not be made?

The products to be exchanged or returned must be resalable and comply with hygiene conditions .

The products must be returned unused, complete and in their original condition .

Returns or exchanges are not possible for products customized with tailoring service .

Important Note: Products purchased from our stores cannot be returned or exchanged.

I made a return, what is the status?

The returned products in your order are subjected to quality control processes within 5 business days after they reach our warehouses.
Returns deemed appropriate will be refunded to the credit card used for payment. A refund notification regarding the issue will be shared with you via e-mail.

You will be contacted again for returned products that are deemed unsuitable.

The time it takes for the refund to be reflected on your credit card may vary depending on your bank.

When will the refund be made?

When your refund is made, you will be notified via e-mail.

Once your refund is sent to your bank, it is anticipated that your refund will be provided within 7 business days at the latest.

Minimum order amount is 5000 USD.

How can I request my invoice?

Your invoices are issued within 14 days and sent to your registered e-mail address.

If you send your order number and request to our e-mail address cs@cengizakturk.com via the e-mail you placed your order with, your invoice will be sent to you within 48 hours.

If you would like to change your e-archive invoice to e-invoice, we kindly ask you to send your corporate invoice information to cs@cengizakturk.com.
