1.CHEST
When taking the chest measurement, pass the tape measure under your arms and circle it horizontally across the widest part of your rib cage. Maintain your natural posture while breathing in and out and take the measurement mid-breath.
2.WAIST
The waist measurement is usually taken just above your belly button. Find your most natural waist line and pass the tape measure horizontally around this point. The tape measure should fit horizontally across the body and should not be too tight or loose.
3.BASE
For the hip measurement, place the tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips. The tape measure should hug the body tightly but comfortably. Put your feet together and stand straight while taking the measurement.
